With the increasing rise in use of AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc), we have also seen an increase in incompatible artwork.

Going forward, we want to provide the warning that we cannot guarantee our usual quality of production of AI created artwork. We also cannot edit or make changes to AI artwork.

We are here to help you!

What we can do:

We can stretch artwork to fit the size you are requesting – this meaning the images or art may distort or stretch, not all artwork will size or stretch proportionally and may require a border.

We can help guide you in how to best use the artwork provided.

What to do to generate files for print:

Helpful tips with using AI:

Consider the end product you are wanting and requesting AI to generate the artwork at the appropriate size. We are happy to provide dimensions for items, if needed.

Request AI to generate the artwork in PDF format.

Request AI to add crops and bleed to the artwork.

Request AI to add a 0.25″ solid color border around the artwork – white, black, or a color matching the background of your artwork.

Helpful tips with using Canva:

Save artwork as PDF for Print.

Change color from RGB to CMYK.

Add crops and bleed.

Do not design artwork completely to the edge, there is a setting on Canva to allow space for bleed: File > Settings > Show Print Bleed.
